Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, and device information.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Nurtur co-parenting platform
• Facilitate communication between co-parents
• Manage custody schedules and calendar events
• Send notifications and updates about your account
• Process payments for Nurtur Pro subscriptions
• Improve our services and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• •Service Providers: Stripe for payment processing, email/SMS services for notifications, and cloud hosting providers.
• •Your Co-Parent: Information necessary for co-parenting (messages, schedules, children's details) is shared with your designated co-parent.
• •Legal Authorities: When required by law or court order.

• Secure cloud storage with access controls
• Regular security audits and updates
• Authentication required for all accounts
• No storage of credit card information (handled by Stripe)

While we strive to protect your data, no internet service is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and keep your login credentials private.

Nurtur is designed for co-parents, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Children's information in the app (names, birthdays, school details) is provided by parents for co-parenting purposes only.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Nurtur after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
